How can I pay for the ordered goods?
The payment methods for the order are:
- to the courier (a type of cash on delivery where you receive a payment note from the courier);
- in advance by bank transfer;
For all shipments, we issue an invoice - to a company (if you have provided the details) or to an end customer.
What are the delivery terms?
The ordered goods are delivered by courier to the address you specify. It is advisable to specify a business address, or an address where the courier will find you during the working day - from 9:00 to 17:00. We always recommend receiving at a Speedy office of your choice (the transport is cheaper that way and you can receive your shipment at a time convenient for you.
Delivery is made within three days from the day you receive confirmation. The deadline is extended in exceptional cases, of which we will promptly notify you.
The delivery cost includes the price of the ordered goods and packaging costs. Transport costs will be paid to the courier (unless otherwise agreed).
Is it possible to return delivered goods?
The goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The conditions for returning the delivered goods are that they are in the same condition as they were delivered and the packaging of the goods is not damaged. The transport costs are at the expense of the customer.
